I saw Doom Box's video and was excited that people would be making videos similar to the funny in-game commercials from other things I've seen. I'm glad that you people put an honest effort in... though there is no other praise that I can say really. I refuse to sugar-coat anything and I already explained what I thought was wrong, nothing personal at all. Whether or not I make videos is entirely irrelevant.

As far as good home made videos, Doom Box himself here has succeeded with some home made concepts such as right-outta-paint Mr. Smiley. I'm not here for bells and whistles or fancy editing necessarily, I'm here for good jokes and presentation decisions; which I have not really seen yet.

First of all, personal information here is entirely irrelevant. I am saying that with this entry specifically, I found the concept of the video underwhelming (even given my lower expectations for home-made videos); while the general idea of the video was not very amusing. The presentation of the video was crippled by dry voice work. To be blunt, it would have been better if you spoke in your native language and put subtitles if it would make the presentation more convincing.

I think people are failing to see the reason for comments (and this contest I'm afraid). I have seen many good in-game usable skill commercials on Ratchet and Clank, Whacked, or even elsewhere on youtube. I find the fact that some people are even failing to make commercials is quite sad.
