@5506 i never really did anything special... i just do straight, hard punches. Try hitting the bags in the middle so your Mii's Hands get stuck in the bag a little while. If you hit the bag correctly, there is a "bling" sound, which gives you extra time. Some people think i cheat because i have too much time, the run took like 90 seconds, but that's all correct punching. Note that bling sounds are only possible if the bag has low energy though.

Of course you originally only have 60 seconds... but you get extra time if you punch the bag hard enough. If you punch the bags strongly, you´ll hear a "bling" sound after your hit. This means that you get a little extra time. THIS is how i got 20 or so extra seconds!
