  • My tip is this to everyone: Eat 3 meals, not 5. If you eat 5 you will slip and overeat. Just workout 30 minutes to an hour every day. Your eating should be no junk at all, eat fiber for breakfast, and eat under 1500 calories a day. I was 285, now I am 250. If You keep this up in 3 months youll loose well over 50 pounds. DO NOT BUY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS, USE COMMON SENSE!!

  • Step 1 - Run as far as you can that day

    Step 2 Walk Back if your feeling good run part way

    Step 3 Don't eat after 7pm unless its fruit or steamed veggies

    The more sugar you eat the more you want, and the less you will want to exercise

  • people are just plain lazy. look at military boot camp. its all about diet and exercise. Cardio is what burns fat. Tread mill, eliptical, running swimming, eating more green leafy vegatables. There is no magic or science , just discipline. If the united states military does'nt resort to fads, then they dont work. Nothing works but hard work.

  • I'm 16 and I weight 98 by simply not eating dinner at night and only lunch and breakfeast and just excercising weekly in 5 months I became 92-93 It is really slow but If you don't have time I think this is not bad, tips appreciated.

  • extra skin is another problem for weight loss...problems aren't going to end from there unless you get cosmetic surgury.

  • you've lost it really fast...it's very uncommon for people to regain elasticity after rapid weightloss...but in your case what you can wait one year. just get a sweat belt around your waist and do a lot of cardio exercises especially riding the bicycle and also weightlifting...basically you wanna decrease your bodyfat and gain some lean muscle...if nothing else works, there always the surgury but you should give it some time before you decide going in that route...

  • i have like no body fat, u can see my bones sticking out my shoulders. it been almost a year and i notice some improvement but i just think it can be faster. i lost 50 pounds but i think 20 of it was muscle so im drinking muscle milk and doing some weightlifting now to regain muscle

  • i was 287 pounds im now 218 simple all u ahve to do is hit the gym and cut out junk food job done still i wna loose another 20-30 pounds i did it without a personal trainer and without a nutrionist jsut change simple thinks no fast food no sugar drinks water and clean foods and the weight willc ome off
