  • I wouldn't call this perfect...

  • 19 people are deaf but want to hear music^^

  • does anyone have the sheets for this? really great interpretation

  • hey... that's without a doubt the best version of classical i've ever heard...

therefore... i'll be glad for you if you find the notes for this piece... even happien if you send this to me please.... thanks and good luck

  • why on the picture it says E SHARP? BECAUSE I SEE 3 SHARPS

  • @OrbitWide SORRY, I JUST RELISED IN THE DISCRIPTION . NEVER MIND

    (:

  • this rendition is full of feeling and has its own creativity--well done!!

  • i still think is sounds like Saul Wassweiler from the village in New York.. On a Bosendorfer 290 ( 97 key) .. The start sounds lower then D.. Still bet on A.. just has that Bosendorfer Sound with a lot of sympathetic resonances fro the Black keys on the opening..

    JMO

  • I finally was able to merge my youtube accounts, so I can go by my name as I pushed this as :)

  • From 3.38 (my favourite part) my granddaughter and myself (who both play this piece) have never found the sheet music, and so developed it 'by ear' from listening to an mp3 that she used to have of it. We just kept the bass to the simple round of 8 chords, and concentrated on the treble hand.

  • @zaroziniart I'd love to hear your version! Please consider posting it

  • This is the BEST version on youtube, imo. Excellent piano skill too!!!

  • wow k musica tan exxxxxxquisitaaaaa es la mejor pachelbel.....un geniooooo

  • wow.. beautiful.

    <3

  • wow, lovely ^^...I like it so much :)

  • Who is the composer of this version?? I NEED AN ANSWER.

  • the best is piano version for sure. aww im so relaxed

  • why cant i play piano...

  • I THINK I HAVE SEEN THIS AND IT IS IN A.. YOU CAN HEAR THE sympathetic resonance OF THE LOWER C ON THE FIRST - FIFTH NOTES...BET ON SAUL WASSWEILER VERSION..

YES ....Ionian mode on A (=A major) F# MINOR ??? COULD BE BUT I BET ON A!!

  • It's to fast!! D:<

  • love this

  • Won't you post any more videos?

  • @diegosgc I have a few more I could post of ones I played (audios not videos) I played them a while back. I'll convert them to video and you can all criticize me:)

  • Who cares what KEY its in !!! Its a work of art for eternity.

  • 8 dislikes? How in the world can ANYONE dislike such a lovely song? Canon in D has always been one of my favorite pieces, and one I've always wanted to learn to play assuming I can get my left hand to cooperate.

  • @AmethystiaBloodraven Maybe they don't like this particular arrangement. I can't say I really care for it.

  • @AmethystiaBloodraven - Cello players. :|

  • ...

  • This is a beautiful piece. I've also been looking for this version for years... So if anybody knows it please post.

  • Nice, I find it rather dissonant around 5:00. But its cool. :-)

  • also wirklich toll umgesetzt... ...ein traum...

  • When I put the picture on it I picked just a random one. Doesn't have anything to do with the music, just was meant to be a visual.

  • my teacher played this exact same piece at detention xD

  • @fatima12344321 Must have been the best detention ever.

  • @andy4131997 lol it was ;D

  • @fatima12344321 greatest detention ever

  • @fatima12344321 If detentions where like that I would get introuble all the time ;)

  • @Viturien lol ;D

  • @fatima12344321 now me and my detention teacher are doing this as a duet (flute & piano) xD

  • Hmm... well I'm trying to ACTUALLY learn this on the piano from a generic version of the piece, And I quite like this version.. it's like the JAZZ version,,,

  • Booooooring even the synthesia version is better

  • It was so gloomy that I felt bad all day...

  • Thanks for the upload. This is my favourite version despite all the "best" versions YouTube seems to have for Canon.

  • If this image of the sheet music is Canon's one, so it's not in D, it's in A

  • @diegosgc i think thats just a random shot of a piece of sheet music, although you are right it doesn't sound like its in D major

  • @diegosgc Right observation, but it's definitely in D major, source: absolute pitch

  • @efi777 Thank you

  • @efi777 Yes, when I picked the picture for the video I should have been more selective:) Sorry

  • @diegosgc Not have to be A. It can also be F # Minor

  • @albertini701 Yeah, you're right

  • @albertini701 Not only that! Three sharps can mean:

Ionian mode on A (=A major)

    Dorian mode on B

    Phrygian mode on Csharp

    Lydian mode on D

    Mixolydian mode on E

Aeolian mode on F# (=F# minor)

    or Locrian mode on G#

  • @diegosgc yeah. prankly
