  • no offense but seeing a routine that consists of 90% upper body light-weight exercises and NO heavy barbell Deadlifts & Squats does NOT inspire me in any way to check out your exercise website nor to do your "routine." You want a REAL routine??? Check it: Monday Barbell Squat 5x5 Barbell Bench Press 5x5 Barbell Deadlift 5x5 Thursday Barbell Squat 5x5 Incline Barbell Bench Press 5x5 Barbell Bent-Over Rows 5x5 Eat like crazy, drink half a gallon of SKIM milk per day, and sit back and grow ;-P

  • @coolrichkid Thanks for watching the video. Really the point of these videos is to show the workout output from the web site (fitmix). I won't deny that I workout fast but I am not trying to body build although the web site can generate output that is great for body building. I'm not trying to gain anything as far as muscle. I do it to stay tone and for healthy heart.

  • Have a look at the quick workout playlist to see some concentrated muscle group workouts. In that series I adjusted my Fitmix settings to focus on specific muscles specific days of the week, and I modified the count of exercises per day so the program would produce workouts that would be less than 30 minutes long.

  • Good question. It does not. In general I labeled this workout a shoulder workout because of the count of shoulder based movements. The Fitmix web application has default settings that produce workouts that change from week to week, mixing different muscle groups every week. Registered users can also modify their fitmix settings to concentrate in on muscle group.

  • im NOT an expert but isnt it better to slow down durring your routine? I go slower for more negative resistance but I dont really know which is better.
