  • I thought 'Londonderry Air' was the national anthem of Northern Ireland...

  • GOD SAVE OUR QUEEN

  • I have a solution. We in N.I. get sponserd by Glen's of Antrim perdies, take the theme tune from lesser spotted ulster and throw some words into it. TADA we have a different national anthem for the unsure and everyone is happy :)

  • well at this point, change the name of the land, instead of northern ireland change it to west of england, since you are licking well lick it all

  • those crazy prods wearing green!!

  • Its the national anthem of the United Kingdom of Great Brintain and you might not of noticed NORTHERN IRELAND. Its not just English you retards and if u dont agree with the the state of northern ireland why are you on this video.

  • @STEVIE486 To hear Londonderry air actually.

  • during the battle of the somme they were slaughtered like sheep, but the english establishment gave them loads of medals to make them feel good about themselves.

  • most of the players arent singing. they know northern ireland is a fake.

  • @tarmonhill They're sad because the Irish national team is much better than them :P

  • look at all the monkeys singing the english national anthem.

  • Right you are frbjoernLA, these individuals are shameful, hateful bigots stranded in Ireland, but believing they're British. You have to pity them.

  • Best anthem in the world. Long live the United Kingdom!

  • Óglaigh na hÉireann-Thiocadh ar La- Free Derry ( NOT LONDONDERRY), Free Armagh, Free Tyrone, Free Antrim, Free Down, Free Fermanagh- 32

  • @Doire1992 stop talking irish crap

  • 6 counties of NI (Ireland stole 3)

CO fermanagh Co Armagh Co Tyrone CO Londonderry (derry) CO Antrim and CO Down

  • @Doire1992 Take Londonderry and Tyrone and Fermanagh BUT leave Down,Antrim And Armagh where they are because they are Not REPUBLICAN Terrorist TWATS

  • @Doire1992 You can blab all you like about "Chucky-arr-laa" and your booooooooooorrring argument about Derry not Londonderry. It's always gonna be Londonderry, get over it. The rest of the country just thinks that you have an almighty chip on your shoulder and when you start spouting off like this it's a case of YAWN...ZZZZzzzzz.

  • @EPICLEGENDS2011: In my English opinion I think NI really should have their own stadium rather than bankrolling Linfield to every league title as I think it may be that that devalues the Irish League.

  • FAKE ANTHEM of éire!!! Yous have just taken up the english's nation anthem, not one other country has the same anthem as another so why should a country with a 50/50 population take up a national anthem of another country that offends half of the people including mise!

  • @llJaMi3Bll God save the queen isnt Englands national anthem. Its the UKs. its scotland, england, northern ireland and wales. scotland and wakes just choose to sing somethin different that isnt their real anthem.

  • why are a lot of them not singing

  • @Stevenbfg I'm guessing you already know this but were being sarcastic or something... but just incase, the reason some of them are not singing would be the simple fact that their anthem is Amhrán na bhFiann. :)

  • I'm Ulster born, Canadin-raised, naturalized American and will always fight for NI to remain part of the United Kingdom. I do not want my homeand to become a third-world welfare nation like the Republic to the south. It is merely a puppet of the Nazi Pope in Rome. God Save the Queen!

  • Loved the part where they all shouted NO SURRENDER!

  • Those Irish guys look like slaves (prisoners). You can tell these guys are being forced to sing this ridiculous song by their body language watched over by their masters (The British). This is a shameful display of international bullying by the British. Imagine if New York State was forced to sing the Canadian anthem by the Canadian government? Or Scotland was forced to sing 'God save the Queen'? LMAO At the thought of BraveHeart singing that.

  • Comment removed

  • @angels77100 you do realise they chose to sing it...

you do realise they are northern irish therefor british...

you do realise that William Wallace (Bravehearts name) was alive long before the birth of Great Britian and long before the song was created...and you do realise that due to the fact he is scottish the queen would be his monarch as she is the queen of many countrys not just england also canada and australia and others...

  • @11Cheesewaffles I somewhat doubt that Braveheart would have bowed or accepted the Queen of England. Just like these Irish boys who are quite obviously being forced to sing this ridiculous anthem against their will. This is a shameful display of treason against the Irish people.

  • @angels77100 either you stupid or just trying to wind me up....

  • lets be honest here i knw alot of NI supporters are saying god save the queen is the british anthem and not english and yer right but really deep down u's knw its really belongs to the english iam scottish and i would never sing god save the queen, the flower of scotland is my national anthem and iam bloody proud of it too! iam sure the welsh wouldnt sing god save the queen either

  • @kevdufc would you rather them sing no pope of rome?

also the northern irish fought to remain part of the uk and i take pride in being British

  • @11Cheesewaffles but yer still irish even though yer n ireland, north of ireland yer not even on british land

  • @kevdufc British passport...

    scottish mum...

    english grandparents...

    British citizenship...

  • @11Cheesewaffles u speak with an irish accent and is born and bread in n ireland = that makes u irish

  • @kevdufc actually I speak with a northern irish accent (not all of ireland has that same accent) and I was born and raised in the uk ;)

  • @11Cheesewaffles scots are proud to be scots and welsh are proud to be welsh unlike u's lot! i mean wtf? u's are on ireland's land yet u wave union jack flags and sing god save the queen! sing yer own national anthem! we would never say we are british cause we are proud to be scottish!

  • @kevdufc We are proud to be ulster en and proud to be british look at the flags both red hands and union jaks are being waed ps y keyboard is broken

  • @11Cheesewaffles u's are irish n irish!

  • @kevdufc you are not the sartest are you?

  • @11Cheesewaffles not the sartest? talk to me when u learn how to spell

  • @kevdufc ps y keyboard is broken talk to me when you learn how to read

  • if england were to change their anthem by any chance would northern ireland change theirs aswell? just curious.

  • Irishmen singing God Save the Queen is embarrassing. It looks like most of that team were embarrassed about it. Most of them had their heads down or straight ahead with lips firmly closed. lol

They should either sing Danny Boy or.... ahem... Ireland's call? haha

  • @tamaolemaa But they are not Irish? many a Ulsterman would agree with my comment.

  • @tamaolemaa: That would just be embarrising if they played Londonderry Air and Danny Boy has no reference to NI. Irelands Call is really just a compromise because the republic won't accept doing the neutral thing and play both God Save The Queen with the Irish anthem whenever Ireland plays sport as a whole island.

I'm English and just giving my neutral opinion

  • I fucking love the queen. No surrender to the fucking IRA

  • DANNY BOY IS PROBABLY THE BEST-EVER ANTHEM THE STATE OF NORTHERN IRELAND COULD EVER HAVE. AND, HOPEFULLY, SOUTHERN IRELAND, TOO.

IT'S THE MOST FAMOUS SONG IN THE WORLD ASSOCIATED WITH OUR GREEN AND PLEASANT ISLAND. HONEST!! AND IF ANYONNE WANTS TO PULL ULSTER OUT OF THE U .K., OR TO KEEP IT IN, JUST GET OUT OF BED ON ELECTION DAY AND VOTE ACCORDING TO YOUR CONSCIENCE. BUT DO NOT STAY IN BED. RIGHT? RIGHT! JUNE 1, 2011.

  • irish people pretending to be english, very sad

  • @captaincabs your a fucking downer, its a british anthem not english, and northern ireland are british..

  • @Aj22Lfc well why don't the scots and welsh sing it, there british too

  • They should play Ireland`s Call too.

  • i think the welsh should take an example from this

  • cant wait for the republic of ireland v nothern ireland game in may in the nations cup haha come on the republic of ireland should be good

  • almost makes me cry NORN IRON TILL I DIE

  • Comment removed

  • @Zoro831 It's not my land, it's part of the UK, the majority of people who live there want it to remain that way even some Catholics, so where not just going to give it away because some of the population don't like it. If you had a vote tomorrow i could guarantee you that the majority would vote to remain part of the UK.

  • @tomoutlane should all the people of ireland not be included in this vote. when the english invaded the irish were thrown off the land and it was given to protestant scottish settlers. these are the people who make up this famous majority... what right do these people have to vote on the dividing of the country that 100 percent genuine irish people in the south dont. but due to the fact the catholics have bigger families statisticaly that slight majority wont always be there.

  • love the 'NO SURRENDER' bit ;)

  • The Irish will never sing this anthem, and not all of N I is British, and the Scots who came are not either

  • one island one ireland up the ra

  • @green5562: Ah so Northern Ireland, they're the true direct continuation of the Kingdom of Ireland

  • FUCK THE QUEEN

  • fuck britian up the real i.r.a. die you british scum glasgow remembers the brave

  • I hope the band get sued for playing the wrong anthem!

  • @iballpeds: That's the correct anthem

  • The Queen Dosent Care about Northern Ireland

  • I see there is still those who don't listen to whats going on in this world, last week the final nail was put in a united Ireland or as you like to say the 32, the south is broke they neither have the will or finance to unite a country that takes in 6 troubled counties, lets face it, not for a long time is your country ever going to be united, maybe never as the rise in immigrants in the south who don't care about the North makes it less likely to ever happen.

  • This makes me sick to hear people of Ireland sing a foreign anthem!!!

    Thiocadh ar La......Eire 32!!

  • fukin scum only 5 players were singing it ......that video makes me sick there should be a song 4 the catholics on the team we have ta do it for the proiddy basterds in rugby

  • TIOCFAIDH AR LA

the people singing the anthem should be singing a soldiers song, there irish not british

  • tiocfaidh ar la

  • Watch how "loyal" Ulster is when Britian stops paying for it....Ulster is the bastard child that is still suckling off Britannia's nipple...well the tit is running dry boys...!!!!

  • Georgea !!!

  • did you people not go to school? watch the news? if you don't know why they sing this as thier national anthem you are fucking stupid.

  • fuck the prods

scotland and ireland all the fucking way

remember the 12 brave men !!

  • Comment removed

  • it makes me sick to see that the northern irish are singing the english national anthem even if they dont want to sing the irish one they should get there own national anthem

  • why is the northern irish national anthem the english anthem they should ave there own national anthem because there not english there irish

  • @James2k888 They may not be English, but they are British and this is the British national anthem aswell.

  • why is the northern irish national anthem the english anthem they should ave there own national anthem because there not english there irish

  • This is a very sad sight...

  • A good half of them were not singing that so-called music,

The goalkeeper, 4-5 lads down the line and no.8 wished he was hearing something else (I Presume)

  • and for all those people saying they should get their own anthem. why? this is their anthem just like it's england's just because the scots and welsh choose to have their own, doesn;t mean we should, this is the united kingdom anthem therefore, the four countries that make up the union, should use it,

  • @tomoutlane no, Northern Ireland needs there own anthem, none of you are English, the Irish will never sing this anthem, practice your religion and come up with God SAVE IRELAND or something. My grandfater family came from Derry, so I undersatand his hatred of the English. Not the same today, but I have heard the stories.

  • @boggs985 your talking absolute rubbish, the majority of people in the north are protestant, and their loyalties are to Britain, you go to any loyalist area and you will see union flags all over the place, and it seems the fans are singing the anthem, they don't seem to be complaining. your just another hater of england and the UK, you seem to think that the view of the english is the same in the north than it is in the south, which is completely wrong

  • I'm English, and it makes me so proud to hear this anthem being sung. i wish the scots and the welsh, were as supportive to our monarch, and proud to be part of the United Kingdom like the people of Northern Ireland. Their the only british team i support other than England,

  • @tomoutlane THUMBS UP MATE FROM N IRELAND

  • @tomoutlane It wont be long until scotland leaves the uk, scotland has a hate towards the english

  • @bohssleixlip We hate the scots aswell, they show no loyalty to Britain, and the majority of us english couldn't care less if they became an independent nation

  • @tomoutlane you english fucking scummy bastard

  • @macoe67 why am i scum, for having an opinion, im loyal to england, and to the UK and all the british people around the world. We constantly get slated, but the fact is without the UK, there would be nothing in this world. i know all you catholics hate us, but your the scum. Accept that Northern Ireland is and will always be part of the UK, there never will be a united Ireland, because of the loyal protestants of the north, who we are so proud to have as part of our country.

  • @tomoutlane Only one half of northern Ireland would call them selfs British. The rest are IRISH!

  • @tomoutlane You should indeed be proud to hear the English National Anthem since you are English. But try to understand the Irish. How would you feel if the glorious Green , White and Gold Standard was hoisted as the only Flag over Buckingham Palace while the Irish national Anthem was being played. I am sure you would feel sick to your stomach, the same way that real Irish feel when the hear a foreign Anthem played to a foreign flag by foreigners in their six occupied Counties of their Land!

  • @frbjoernLA why an't you understand that the ajority of atholis and protestands want to be british?

  • @11Cheesewaffles English is not my native language but it is one of the languages that I speak. I'm sure your comment, or question must be interesting. Do you think you could get one of your English friends who lives in the foreign English occupied part of Northern of Ireland to translate into English for you?

  • @frbjoernLA yeah sorry about that but i now have a new keyboard wal la!

  • @11Cheesewaffles You know we both come from opposite sides and we are both loyal to our cause which each of us defends and surely that's the way it should be. I just came back from Church which was not a waste of time for me. So let me say, I am sorry for the hostility I demonstrated in my comments. I weaken too often politically but I really do hope there will be peace on Earth one day!. So as a Catholic with Limerick roots, I wish you peace and God's blessings.

  • @frbjoernLA I'm not even protestant I'm just proudly british

  • @11Cheesewaffles And so you should be and I respect you for that. I however, am not EnglishBritish. We finally got our independence from the less than 100 years ago. With the exception of six of our northern counties still under English occupation and inhabited mainly by foreigners from England, Scotland and Wales planted by the English. Our freedom wasn't given to us by a freedom loving people, we had to take it back from a country who tried to subjugate most of the World

  • @frbjoernLA: Technecally it was given to you when the Irish Free State was created through legislation.

  • @tomoutlane hahaha you on drugs pal??

  • @johnwilsoncfc1888 why would I be on drugs for supporting N.Ireland, and wishing for them to remain part of the UK

  • @tomoutlane because why would we proud to use the national anthem of a country who's soliders shot our innocent people and even raped them!!

  • @tomoutlane About half the people in Northern Ireland would love to see Britain leave, and within that half about 99% would love to see the Queen shot in the head. :) I'm one of them. <3

    Tiocfaidh ár lá!

  • @Skyifictionable: Disgusting . I can't believe that someone would even wish that on anyone. Besides that may well be in violation of the Treason Felony Act.

  • @kanenkitten I'm Irish, I don't care about your Treason Felony Act.

lol@yourprofile and I thought mine was stupid.

  • On the England vs Ireland game 9-2007 at Croke Park I did not see one English player not singing the anthem. Maybe you have some that do not for there own personal beliefs in England. However I am not talking about England but NI, and NI is not part of England, it is part of Great Britian. And the native Irish will never sing this anthem. Scotland and Wales have there own anthem, now let NI have theres.

  • @boggs985: I think you should look at Youtube and you do see English players singing the anthem. As I've said before, if they used Londonderry Air it would just get laughed at as it doesn't stir the passions like God save The Queen

  • 5 players are not singing the anthem. This not a national anthem for N Ireland. N I needs there own anthem 1st , then as a team they can all sing. They can work out differances later.

  • @boggs985: So, many England players don't sing God Save The Queen but does that mean that they should automatically change the anthem?

  • Notice 5 players are not singing the anthem

  • Probably about 70% of them are catholic.

  • Why not the Londonderry Air???

  • They should get rid of the English anthem and come up with another anthem that will encompass the republican people of N.Ireland. In that case both republicans and unionists can play together as a united team.

  • @gavmcguinness8024: They already have that and it's called Londonderry Air but can you really imagine that being played as an anthem at football, it would be laughed at. Best to stay with the anthem of the UK

  • i was asked to play for the NI schoolboys team, having half my fam in belfast and living there for a bit. my reply was simply i stand up for Amhrán na bhFiann...

so unless thats ur anthem im afraid not.

  • Mon the irons!

  • Isn't this England's anthem?

  • @DizzyDingo1 Suggest you pop down the Shakhill for the answer lol!

  • @theblackmafia71 YER A WANKER : )

  • @DizzyDingo1: It's the national anthem of the UK of which England and NI are part of.

  • @kanenkitten But don't Scotland and Wales have their own anthems? O flower of Scotland and all that? What happens when NI play England?

  • @DizzyDingo1: When Ni play England they only play GSTQ once. Scotland and Wales "anthems" are not really independant anthems, more of national songs

  • @DizzyDingo1 yep but northern irelands aswell god save the quenn and ulster!

  • @DizzyDingo1 It's the British anthem.Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom

  • @DizzyDingo1 you's must be takin the fuckin piss

  • @DizzyDingo1 Its the UK anthem.

  • @DizzyDingo1 Northern Ireland use GSTQ, instead of Londonderry Air.

  • @DizzyDingo1 Yes Northern Ireland is still considered part of the UK and does not have sovereignty. They do not have a national anthem. The Unofficial national anthem is Londonderry air.

  • @kak672 but scotland and wales have there own

  • Seem like half the team was not singing. I wonder why, could it be the reason my family ended up the USA from Derry. I would not sing either. Time for Northern Ireland to be its own nation away from Britian with its own anthem.

  • during the olympic games there's one and only GREAT BRITAIN while in the football you participate with four contries ENGLAND,WALES SCOTLAND and NIRELAND.Why this difference?

  • cool the star of king david

  • You need to learn your history,Nireland is goverened from both the u.k and also from Dublin and has been since the signing of the Good Friday Agreement in 1998

  • All except Nothern Ireland which is both Irish and British and is governed by both Britian and Eire and has been since 1998, also people in N.Ireland can also legally hold 2 passports 1 British and 1 Irish, i have both just like Tony Blair who does not travel under a British passport but an Irish one.

  • No, I'll have to correct you. His four children have Irish passports and citezenship. Not, Tony, he was born in Scotland.

  • i luv northen ireland im english but ma grandma was from there

  • fukin black bastards

    up da ra

  • This discussion hasn't been going on for 7 mouths it's been going on for 800 years and will still prevail 800 years on. The Irish problem will never go away because, Nationalists will never give up the fight, and if Ireland did re-unite Unionists would never give up either, when you think about it we're just as thick as one another.

And BritishBulldog, I thought you said you would agree to disagree? What is the point in saying so, if you continue to state your views, now thats idiotic.

  • I did agree to disagee, with you only, and I am happy that our conversation was concluded.

However, the idiot, who is incapable of reading comments, appears also to be incapable of agreeing to disagree. I would be happy to do so, and of course he could then get back to his Grammar rodeo where the things he discusses are relevant.

  • No offense but you're just as bad as him. You stated you views, AGAIN, after saying you would agree to disaggree.

  • magic

  • love northern ireland GOD SAVE THE QUEEN

  • Basically, Ireland's Call was introduced to keep Unionists happy, that's how generous us Nationalists are, so why isn't it the same for Soccer in Northern Ireland, oh wait..- that's right, that would keep Nationalists happy, and Unionists certainly don't want that. Incase some of you haven't noticed, count how many of the players aren't singing the British National Anthem. Those would be Nationalists. Fair?

  • You see, this Bulldog sap, if you read back, has been told about 1) the flags, 2) the anthems in rugby which he brought up and 3) the history of the U.K. which means N.I. is not British, he's been proven wrong in seemingly humiliating fashion on all these points, but he'll shamelessly keep going, and say 'no, you are', even though fact has just pissed all over his retarded opinions and stupid skinhead BNP pate. Yes... he fails.... spectacularly. And just how thick he is is actually quite amusing

  • Told about:

    1) The flags - I believe that I won the discussion on flags.

    2) Rugby anthems - I believe that was a difference of opinion

    3) Northern Ireland is British. No matter how much you dislike it. No-one can possibly prove that as incorrect because it is fact.

It's funny that you list those points, yet you have contributed one single meaningful point towards any of those discussions. You've left it to others ... who have brains.

Clearly you havent read any of comments.

    Pathetic

  • 1) I think not.

    2) I stated facts, that's all.

    3) Northern Ireland belongs to the British, yes. But that doesn't necessarily mean, the people of Northern Ireland are British.

  • Northern Ireland is British, being part of the United Kingom. It is not an overseas territory, it is part of the UK. The Prime Minister is Gordon Brown. The currency is Sterling. The head of state is the Queen. NI has a devolved executive, as do Scotland and Wales. All the employed people of NI pay UK tax. The unemployed claim UK benefits. Before partition, all of Ireland was British for 120 years. Its really not difficult to understand. I'm sure that you are well aware of these facts.

  • Northern Ireland is not British, because nearly half call themselves Irish. As I said before, it belongs to the British. And yes, I am well aware of those facts because I'm surrounded by them everyday. Now what is your point of them?

  • 1) Wrong

    2) No, you were wrong again.

    3) Wrong third time, look at your passport, you mongoloid.

Ha ha ha.... bulldog, you're so thick. It's really quite charming, the way you try so hard and fail so abjectly because you're too dim to make an argument. Bless.

  • I love this... I humiliated you 7 months ago with my very first comment and explained you were ill-informed (i.e. WRONG) on all the statements you had made thus far, and SEVEN MONTHS LATER you're still here, trying to claw back some dignity, but inexplicably repeating the same argument that was destroyed immediately 7 months ago. You are one sad little man, aren't you? Sad and dim, so very, very dim.

  • I mean, I even explained to him the difference is geographical and not political.... guess whether he managed to grasp that simple point? Guess....

considering he's still bashing on along the same lines... well... bless.

He is really particularly obtuse. I'd suggest not wasting any more time making him look any more stupid.... he does it all by himself. He's a sad little BNP wanker who hides his face and mouths off on the internet about every topic he doesn't understand. I.Q. in negatives...

  • DeadPanKiller, I don't think he'll reply anymore, anyway, we've scared him away. lol

    *High five*

  • You've explained nothing. You've just made pointless insults. Its criminally ironic that you say I "bash on along the same lines."

You are totally pathetic. Now, you're jumping on the back of someone who is submitting actual nationalist views ... something which you are obviously incapable of doing. "BNP skinhead." That just conveys the idiotic stereotypical mindset in which you are trapped.

PATHETIC. Like I said before, just piss off to a grammar rodeo.

  • Sky, he's been proved wrong so many times now. He's just a said little BNP goon- just a monkey at a keyboard, bashing away.

Anyway, you can only fight ignorance with enlightenment and the truth. Here he's too dim for one and too fond of lies for the other, so I suggest not wasting any more time on him. He'll add more comments, Sky, because he's petty, and will convince himself if he gets the last word that he didn't get spanked in front of 1000s of people for the last 7 months.

  • Re:British Bulldog, sorry it took so long for me to reply.the irfu does not display only the irish tri-colour,it has another falg which has an all green background.and the logo on the flag has shamrock and a rugby ball.

'irelands call' is always sung as well as the irish (republic of ireland) anthem,im not a fan of irelands call myself and im not sure why it was even introduced.i am not sure if it is meant to represent some of the northen-irish players.

    i hope that is helpful.

  • Mate, he's been corrected on that already... he'll just ignore the facts because he's a moron.

  • No problem mokbass. Yes, I know that they display the IRFU flag, but in my opinion, for total equality, they should either fly only the IRFU flag or both the Northern Ireland flag and the Republic of Ireland flag, or even just St Patricks cross. Irelands call was intorduced to represent all the Island, but they still sing the ROI national anthem when playing in Dublin which undermines the purpose of singing Irelands call. Granted they do make an effort, but its still not totally equal.

  • Well, they have done one more thing than what the soccer clubs in Northern Ireland have done.

  • Also, I am dealing with the separation, and so are the RIRA and the CIRA. They are true soldiers of Ireland, defending her from harmful foreigners. Next, I would like you to know that I DO, fully understand what British means, it is what you call people born on the Island of Britain. British will NEVER equal Irish! Tiocfaidh ár lá.

  • That is just disgusting. The PIRA, RIRA and CIRA are all the scum of the earth. Murdering bastards. British means Irish - (English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh) obviously excluding the area that is now Republic of Ireland since partition. I'm sure you know that, even if you dont accept it. It does not mean - from the Island of Great Britain - it means from the United Kingdom. Hence St Patricks cross in the British flag.

  • As are the UDA, UVF. British does not mean Irish, climb a ladder and get over it.

  • To say NI is British occupied territory is to say England, Scotland or Wales is British occupied territory. Its ludacris. Also, yes - ALL of the terrorists are disgusting, no matter what side of the political divide. Fair point - perhaps NI "soccer," needs more inclusion, but its similar to "soccer everywhere." I'll bet "soccer" in the ROI suffers a parallel bias. What can you do to change supporters like those of Linfield and Cliftonville? Little. Rugby support is friendlier and incomparable

  • To say that NI is British occupied territory is not to say England, Scotland or Wales is British occupied territory. Because, British people come from Britain, is Northern Ireland part of Britain? The people who call themselves British, (most of them) there ancestors came over to Ireland mostly during the Plantations, therefore the occupied foreign territory and their descendants still do.

Those examples of soccer divide mean nothing to mean, I can't comprehend.

  • Then in 1921 when the Irish Free State was born the Irish people still living in the area which is now Northern Ireland, didn't call themselves British either because your people had a stronger grip of NI. Ireland didn't come about, for British to settle on her. Hence the violent History she has had to suffer, but one day she will be one again.
