this is hard though even though it seems easy, you have to kill that boss in a certain amount of time before it automatically kills you, just buy a bunch of groundus bombs and hope you get lucky

Everyone bar Cooke at level 78 or 79 and even she's a high level for this.

MUCH harder for me at level 40 or so. This boss will eventually cast a party wipe spell that takes out everyone who doesn't have the skill "Persistence" (these people will have 1HP left) and once that's done it'll cast another spell that hits everyone left standing before they have a chance to do anything.

Did I mention it also sleeps your whole party before using the wipe a few turns later? That sucks too.

The battle system isnt like final fantasy with the ATB, this one is like Final Fantasy X, but I would say this games battle system is more like Skies Of Arcadia. But storyline is amazing, & its futuristic just like final fantasy, one of the best rpgs for 360. =D Hope this helped. Oh, & the game overall isnt hard, if you keep leveling up.

@lockes909 Its an optional boss that hits you with its hopelessness summon after only 6 rounds so of course its neither a long nor a very fun battle.

I think the excitement lies within the task getting strong enough to beat a 18.000 HP boss within less than 6 rounds. Which is not an easy task in that game.

I found this boss rather easy, I didn't have groundus at the time though (still don't around level 50-ish) doing most of the side quests before I enter the grand staff to get meh achievements and stuff. Plus it'll make the last boss easier

so i guess it just makes the game a bit easier

Actually the fight is quite easy if you have Ming,Cooke(Needs Master Earrings for Black Magic 8),Jansen and Sarah in your Team.Just let them cast Groundus all the Time.You can obtain that spell at the Grand Staff

i say give age of kings to Seth, from breaking all royal seals and defeating the golden knight, and then obtain durandal for kaim, as it almost balances the power between the two, making them both consistent powerhouses instead of just a juggernaut kaim and a good seth. they better bring back seth in the sequel.

To all the noobs that don't know how to get the best swords in the game:

Age of Kings (best sword in the game, requires royal equipment skill link from tolten) deactivate all royal seals and deactivate the last one in uhra, fight and defeat the golden knight

Gravity Rave (2nd best sword, seth only): You find it in a cave, i forgot where it is, you fight the cave worm for it

It can actually be really difficult, especially in the beginning. Videos like this are generally done at max level (or ridiculously over level) which I'm not all that fond of.

In case I've read this question wrong, Ultimate Hit actually isn't one of Kaim's. It's the skill that Tolten learns when he breaks all the seals and beats the Royal Knight secret boss. Then ofc you can skill link it. Think it's only 50 points too so it doesn't take long :)

Hehe I wasn't sure :p but I think the immortals get their achievements by learning all possible skill links. I haven't actually done it, I've only got the achievements for all the mortals learning theirs.

Yeah I beat it ages ago, not long after first writing on here I think :p I completed the temple and did all the secret bosses and made a seperate save file so I could go see the ending and come back and get the achievements :p Omg go do it! The ending is truly epic! x
