  • @sharker102 I recommend viewing the above video for guidance.

  • voice changer ;)

  • ah dude at the end when u shove ur fingers in the way of the camera, how does that one come out??

  • tham fingers blocked a importent step

  • My screws are like impossible to open ::( they are soooo tight and hard to screw off...

  • @MostlyPsp i know i take most of them but the last one is sooo fkn tight i cant take it off dammit

  • Is it possible that you can replace a silver slim psp screen with a black psp 1000 screen?? I need an answer ASAP!!

  • @LeeHongkiJoon no, the slim requires the 200 screen i believe. ^^

  • @AlexxMendoza12 i know right in the fabric they put those screws solid.

  • OKAY.........

  • i will only do this when my warranty expires....

  • i just needed to know where was the screws :P cuz py psp is derty

  • What kind of screwdriver do you use?

    Thanks

  • Go to a hardware store and buy em. You need a 1/16 or 1.4mm for the black screws and a #0 for the others. I brought a pack of them earlier.

  • Scratch the #0 screwdriver, I'm not sure which one...I got this one from a friend, so I dunno. The 1.44mm screwdriver I got in a set. Either way, hardware stores are your best bet.

  • @ferny1922 #0 precision screwdriver

  • wooooh nice man ! but where can i get a new psp screen?? pls send me a message ! TY!

  • look for it online

    thats what i did

i got a brand new psp fat screen for about 39 bux

  • If you live in Ny, you can go to any game store aside from the official ones(Gamestop or something like that) and buy it there. Or go online.

  • hey if a send u my psp to u will u replace my screen...cause my screen has ALOTT of cracks

  • no man all u need to do is buy a faceplate and then switch that.

  • hey, you know that metal screw driver you use (2:09 - 3:00) well that is the only type of screw driver that i have that is small enough, and it is really hard to get a good grip on it, so it really hard to unscrew the screws of the psp on the outside....:'( they wont come out... well i got most, just not the bottom right (when viewing from the back) and the one under the screen.

  • wat size phillips head do u need

  • #00

  • your voice iz funny

  • Thats the faceplate not the screen. Yes you do need a new one.

  • uve just sed the screenns smashed i dont even need to go on ur profile get it fixed nice try though

  • hey all screen replacements work right? for a slim 2001. as long as it says psp slim 2000?????

  • All the psp-200X models use the same screen.

  • nice voice sounds like your evil

  • what is the name of that song

  • his voice is deep as shit

  • ello console zombie... lovely vid, great help. also checked the tutorial on your site.

the large clasp under the screen came off... but it fit back on ok, now its pretty stable and the replacement fits in fine. now when i try the psp, it wont turn on... any idea what went wrong?

  • 1. Try Charging it.

    2. Reinsert the battery.

    3. Make sure you screwed in EVERYTHING and screwed the screws back in tightly

  • he sure screwed his psp lol

  • Ha ha that was funny.

  • haha-you have a funny voice

  • my psp makes me so effing mad the screw in the bottom right in the back in the hole wont come out..the grooves are like smoothed out so my screw driver cant open it anyone can help?

  • i had the same problem on my slim but it was under the screen. wat you do is you slide your finger nail all around the perimeter of the psp where the faceplate comes off. then you gently take off the face plate and rip off where the screw is smoothed out. when you put your faceplate back on thers just gonna be a small gap under that screw between the faceplate and the psp. nothing bad.

  • go to home depot or lowes and tell them ur problem or look for a groove less screw driver

it will take out any striped screw

  • Zombie exist?

Hmm Can you make a video to repair trigger?

  • oh, thank for the help

  • thanks a lot I finally replaced my old screen.

  • Ugh, that voice is so annoying!!! But helpful nontheless :)

  • Robot voice??! that sound more like the saw voice... "Would u like to play a game"

  • hahaa robot voice

  • What size screw driver head do you have to use?

    cheers

  • Philips 00

  • all i used to replace my slim was a techdeck screw driver!!

  • good idea i have one somewhere

  • because his real voice sounds like a pussy and he doesnt want any1 to here his voice

  • can some one help me i can hear my psp when i turn it on but i cant see it????

  • Is your screen cracked? Did you check the backlight fuse?

  • no but i called sony and they said they can replace it

  • They replace your entire PSP btw not just the screen.

So, if your PSP is hacked and you dont have a Pandora battery... i wouldn't do it.

  • i have the same propblem its not broken but the screen is black

  • I accept offerings in the form of alcoholic beverages and/or cash.

  • I Just Have 1 question. My PSP screen is broken...and i watched your video and others mutable times. I was wondering where i could buy a replacement screen? Radio Shack, Game Stop, where? Please get back to me by replying to this message. Thank You.

  • Try my website

  • best PSP repair video not foggy just clear

  • i did everything but theres that thing for the analong its stuck on the lcd screen and the lcd wont come out of the metal housing not the backlight wires the poping out part

  • I THINK you're talking about the button bar on the lcd screen. All you have to do is pry the left side of it off with a flat head screwdriver. It pops right off. I can't really explain it any clearer than that, but you can go to my site and look at the tutorial for some clearer pictures. It's hard to show the details in youtube vids.

  • i opened up the case and the internal screen wont pop out! i think i fucked up the motherboard :\...

  • You mean the LCD and the backlight? I can't really explain it any clearer than I did in the video. I suggest you take a break, watch the video a few more times, and try again.

  • yeah ... i uhh fucked up dont worry you did a great job in the video though and your a great person for helping out others ^^

  • Ive just fitted a new screen in psp thanks to this video, works perfect thanks

  • one of the screws wont come out wat do i do?!!?

  • If you stripped it you're pretty much boned. Could try to drill it out or break it off by force.

  • it's Darth Vader. He got a new job!!! WOOT

  • Why did you change your voice

  • i bought a lcd sharp psp from Hong kong and that piece of shit doesnt work i do change 2 times my screen first time it was working and second nothing im so fucking mad im trying now to solve the problem.

  • Thats why you should buy screens from us instead of random HK sweatshops :)

  • i need help with my psp when u take of the battery and then you turn it on it then its just black with light then the words com out mines is just black with th lights can u help me

  • Might be a broken screen or broken screen connector.

  • Great video, my psp screen is fine other than the fact that I see little white specs inside the screen. I'm not sure what it is, but I know it wasn't there before. Would you happen to have any cleaning tips or is this normal with age?

  • Those are stuck/dead pixels. There is a video floating around that might fix your problem. Google "psp stuck pixel video"

  • i tried replacing the screens in both my psps and they both dont work. i tried putting them back to their original psps and dont work either. one screen every has that horrible lite scratch (meaning broken). my other one shows nothing except the light and weird patterns.

  • keep up with the good vids. This helped me a lot

  • No. The cables are different.

  • nice vid nut why did you use a masked voice

  • my Start,Note and lcd(the button for the light) buttons dont work and also when i press Home button the screen goes black but the psp is still on

By replacing the lcd screen will it fix the problem?

    thanx

  • That doesnt sound like a bad LCD to me. Did you drop it or spill water on it?

  • i need to do two things, replace my faceplate and change the lcd screen

  • This video covers both so... go for it.

  • what kind of screw driver do you need?

  • Philips 00
