well... It does kind of look like she's dreaming in this picture to me.

In the lower right corner, you can see what looks like the SDM and if you look at the upper right corner, it looks like the backround is ripping, with one of the catfish's whiskers whipping through. that's just what it looks like to me. though I can't say much about Hong's pose....

@awesometaco12 I figured out her pose. She's leaning forward, her left arm outstretched towards Namazu, her right arm is behind her back. Must admit, tis a weird pose, but she's dreaming right after reading an action manga and seeing the real Hisoutensoku in the distance, so of course she's going to make an absurd, impossible action pose.
