  • is there any exercises u can do at home to work on your whole body with only one free weight? all i have is a 30 pound weight, i'll be busy working so i can really go to the gym

  • @Jsouthwell2006 you should really invest in either some light 3,5, and 10 lb weights or a gym membership because you have to have some weight training in your exercise plan to stay fit, strong, and muscular. burpees are a good total body workout or speed skater.
