President Obama signed an executive order the second day he was in office to close Gitmo. I agree..$3600 is a lot of money to me too. However, the actual tax proposed in the bill is 2.5% of your adjusted gross income. To pay $3600 you would have to gross about $140,000/year. With that income you should be able to afford healthcare. This tax also has a hardship consideration. The Senate Finance Committee has proposed caping the tax at $950 for individuals & $1,900 for families.

when your biggest admirers among world leaders are Castro and Kadafi you sure must be doing something right. there is not enough space on the internet to list all of BO's international successes. When all our soldiers in Afganistan are dead because they neither received reinforcements or were allowed to go home just think how peaceful that country will be.

I think you're a little confused, I highly doubt Castro and Kadafi have ever been strong admirers of president Obama. And don't blame failure in Afghanistan on Obama, that's just ridiculous. Bush neglected Afghanistan because he just HAD to invade Iraq. When someone has 6 - 7 years to win a war, you're about to blame a potential loss for someone whose been in office for 6 - 7 months? B.O. has been Commander In Chief for TEN MONTHS (i know, time flies when you're stoned) and it is right and fair to examime/critique his leadership. btw, I think to win the nobel prize in literature you need to have at least written one book.

Perhaps of the person, I'm talking about the Obama admin's politics. If support from Kadafi and Castro is accompanied by unprecedented support of all our allies, what's really being done wrong? People like us all of a sudden.. oh no..
As for examining/critiquing his leadership, you have every right to do so, I just think it would be silly to blame Obama for a potential defeat in Afghanistan.. Remember, the mission there was neglected cause of Iraq, not cause of Obama.
