  • why the hell didu they change "gin" to " drinks" ? ugh wtf i hate censorship, its insulting to the artists. but the bands great

  • Wow, the pit orchestra is fantastic. The overture was actually my favorite part of this. xD

The tempo of the song was very fast. I thought the Velma was great though. :)

  • hehe, u cant say gin...

    oh well, i LOVED it.

i think the 'hotcha' and 'whoopee' were kinda weird, i rekon they coulda been in a lower and smoother tone, loved velma, PERFECT!!!

roxie + fred,, could have been better, though i would like to hear her sing, was she good?

  • Amazing orchestra.

But jeeze, could the tempo be any faster?

I felt like someone had their finger on the fast forward button the entire time. Roxy was kinda fail too.... :/

  • VERY stiff yall could have been more slick and sexier lol but overall VERY GOOD for high school

  • woww they can say Gin? WOW

  • I was just thinking that! Why are you doing this play if you can't say Gin? The play's content alone is worse than "condoning" drinking.

  • the band is EXCELLENT

Velma was pretty good, I would have liked to hear her maybe an octave higher

Roxie could've worked on her acting

but overall, very well done :]

  • uhh roxy could not act

but the rest was good :)

  • I thought this was great, however it seemed as though it wsa performed at too quick of a tempo.

  • I thought the choreography was amazing for a high school. And you were an amazing Velma.

Some of your higher notes were pitchy, but that's okay, the dancing was awesome!!

  • This is good, but the girl who plays Velma is more of a mezzo or soprano......Velma is a tenor/alto. Idk....it just bothered me.

Also...she seemed really out of breath and a tad pitchy.

Just giving criticism......thats all...It was good though (:

  • Thanks for the criticism...but I have to say, I am definitely NOT a soprano.

I don't know how your highschool plays are, but at Heritage we accepted that we wouldn't be perfect. We strived to do the best we could.

I don't think our music director would have let me go out on stage if I didn't sound good or was singing the wrong notes. And a lot of my singing style was taken from the director.

But thanks again. I'm glad people are watching and giving their opinion.

  • What royalty company did you get the rights from?

We can't find one that isn't restricted.

  • well here's the deal

im really not sure exactly which company it was but i do know that one you ask for the rights...only 5% of the schools actually get them...depending on a number of differnet qualifications
