She has been there & done that has nothing to prove to anyone vocal wise.

She now sings how she wants and does the kind of songs she likes.

Just take in the fact that her newest cd sold faster in it's first week sales than ANY of her previous albums. (half a mil in one week)

So, her vocal style is just fine for alot of people, like me! I am so over the whole scream fest diva love ballads and so is mariah.
