Ooh Sky Harbor air traffic. I know that area too. Gets SO hot. I used to live at an apt complex on the corner of Baseline and S. 36th St. before I moved to Gilbert (Val Vista / Mission Bay Community).
I used to live in that area...Tempe/Scottsdale border, and hearing the plane fly over reminded me of living in that area and hearing the planes all the time from Sky Harbor :-)
