More to the point, these guys are not just 'some korean punk rock-band'...

Crying Nut are THE premier rock band of Korea. Call them punk if you want. They are certainly Korean, and some of their music has included traditional Korean instruments and rythms... and other tracks have included jazz, and others had aspects of celtic folk, and others heavey metal motifs. These guys are awesome, and they've survived compulsory military service, and carried on.
