  • Bank of America is atrocious to deal with. You have hit it spot-on. It is frustrating beyond belief. It seems like Equator SHOULD be a good working system; but in working with BOFA it is horrendous. The people at BOFA are clueless and don't care whether or not they get these buyers to closing.

  • The guy in the striped shirt needs to not interrupt/talk over the other guy so much. Brutal to watch. I had to log off after a few minutes... I would rather deal with Equator than listen to another one of these!

  • Some good litigations filed against ... Bank of America incuding negligence - fraud - incompetance - personal injury and wrongful death - with some punative damages... this will fix their system.
