You can fairly easily have Nayru's love before DC in a speedrun, although you'd have to do the castle courtyard before DC, too.

Well, you could get NL before DC, but it would take more time and Bombchu than this trick would save. Which is why this trick is useless in a speedrun unless it could be done without Nayru's Love.

Well, unless you plan on doing all your superslides the hard way, which you may do, you'll be getting Nayru's love anyway. So it's really only a question of how much time you lose by doing Zelda's Lullaby before DC, which can't be much.

yeah, current OoT speedruns are skipping Nayru's Love completely. Plus, don't forget about all the Bombchus you'll waste getting the magic and Nayru's Love that you normally use Bombs to get. I think you could save one Bombchu total if you got the Silver Gauntlets or break even if you didn't get them.

@BrianMp16 maga flips are accualy quite easy with bombchus (no nayru's love) i think your making this a out a bit vaguely? but there really quite easy, also wut kind of run do you even need bombs as a child for?
