  • I go through that snow in my Smart every year in Canada...

  • Wait a minute, you got out of the car to shoot this? Very extreme, looks like avalanche could start any time. No, you just watch! Tires go AT LEAST 1/3 DEEP into the snow! Unbelievable!

  • @peterisdaknis Hi, I changed the title to avoid disappointing. Best regards.

  • The stupid ass NHTSA banned the Defender from selling in the US. And now when the new one comes out it's probably gonna only come with the gas-guzzling overly high tech Jaguar V8 instead of the TDI in America. Possibly the worst engine you can have for an offroader you're gonna go wadding in water with. Brilliant!

  • I like the Jeep Wrangler, but I don't think the Wranglers capabilities comes close to the Defender.

  • @85ZingoGTR i had a factory jeep, it sucked in the snow, no locking diffs so that meant the wheels kept spinning on one side, sold it when i moved out of the US. Living in Germany, Bought a 110 TD5 Defender, LOVE the drive train to death, it is a proper off roading drive train!

  • that's like 3 inches of snow...

  • mmm... por la matricula, debe de tener apenas tres años:)

    magnifico video, de paso :)

  • I was going to buy a Land Rover then I found out the Indians bought them and I changed my mind.

  • @Mondafied They're still hand built in Britain mate, I'm buying one.

Think of it still as a British company but with Indian backing, besides, think of all those years when India was a part of the Great British Empire.

  • @G1NZOU You Brits used to make nice cars. What the hell happened? Thanks to the Indians owning Land Rover, I bought a 2008 BMW X5 instead.

  • @Mondafied Stupid management mostly, then the guys who went on strike didn't know when to stop and drove the industry into the dust.

We still do make a few great cars, look at Aston Martin, Caterham, Ginetta, McLaren and Morgan.

Other great companies that are foreign owned are Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Lotus.

We also still have some great motorbike makers like Norton. Triumph and Métisse.

Sadly we're not in the glory days anymore.

  • @G1NZOU Sounds exactly like the American companies. Ford is our only hope.

  • @Mondafied Ford did own Land Rover at one point, that wasn't such a bad arrangement really.

  • @Mondafied owned by Jaguar now :)

  • @WooV8 witch are owned by tata motors of india ;)

  • @asda12466 but stil designed and built in the UK by Jaguar Land Rover ;D

  • @WooV8 yup

  • i love land rover's, best 4x4 out there!! :D
