This game was published by Squaresoft. There is an English fan translation of the game out there, and it may be worth a playthrough for the action adventure game enthusiasts.
It isn't. However, fan created translation patches can be applied to "roms" of the game (copies of a cart's contents into a file), these modified versions of the rom can then either be played on a program called a "snes emulator", or played on a real snes through various methods, including flash carts (tototek amongst others sell these). The legality of this varies from country to country, but where it is legal, it would legally require you to own an original cart of the game you were playing.
Its a shame this game never had an official soundtrack release...A SHAME!!

Is it possible to buy a accesory for the SNES which allows to translate the japanese games language to english language?

@ancientsoul87 There's actually an Alcahest ROM that has been translated to English. Go to doperoms.com, you'll find it somewhere.
