I train in Aikido and do recognize the techniques but you guys are right..there was no Aikido there. Aikido is as much the attitude and the spirit in which you perform the technique as it is about the mechanics of the execution. Peace!
Yes.. he even has a hapkido uniform on. Hapkido is similar.. a little bit harder of a style, more kicks.. but similar in terms of joint manipulation and body control. Hapkido is really nice.
