They turned into absolute shit! They used to be respectable but now they just seem like they are pandering to a mainstream punk crowd, the punkcore records kids etc. Losing their main vocalist was a big problem for them. The last album they released that had any credibility with me was Nothing Lasts Forever.

Fuck all you stupid pricks for comparing Defiance to shitty Warped Tour bands. Their sound has evolved quite a bit, and if anything they are way better now, more melodic and sound more like something out of late '70s England. Well sort of. Why make the same fast boring shitty hardcore record over and over? I love their old stuff, But that fast stuff gets boring pretty quick. I've recently heard some of their new stuff and it's fucking brilliant. Can't wait to hear the whole record.

This is why I STOPPED listening to Defiance. Maybe their new stuff is more like the old sound. I don't know but seeing this makes me think the evillllll warped tour is not far off!!!!!! Move on like other former members did. Seek out BLOODSPIT NIGHTS, DOG SOILDER, and SEVERED HEAD OF STATE.
