You guys need to do your research, these are EA-18G "Growlers", they are electronic warfare aircraft, let me explain so you can understand, they dont kill people they kill the enemies radar systems which since last itme I checked were not alive nor were someones children, for gods sake these planes even had the gun removed, so unless you tree huggers start crying about killing innocent computer systems, keep your comments to yourself!
no actually for one this plane did not participate in libya and if anything it would help minimize civilian casualties, because if the strike planes that are bombing a target and there is active radar for sam site they are going to come in faster and higher so with less acuracy, if the Growlers or older Prowlers eliminate those radar and or sam sites they can come in lower and slower and hit the target with pinpoint acuracy, IE less civilian casualties, I can keep this up all day

yes and its partially correct, the growlers were at Aviano but to support opperations in Libya they never actually flew combat missions there
