Honestly, I can't fault FEMA for planning for contingencies. The effects of most disasters are similar, so a response to aliens is a lot like a response to Katrina. I would rather spend money on disaster preparation than printing dollars endlessly to bail out European banks anyway!

On a different note i have to give Gov.Brown credit for introducing legislation to cut the ridiculious pensions to government workers.i am no fan of Brown.but when a liberal realizes its a problem and needs to be addressed that is a good sign.

@Ricovali Yea, good call, even though he just signed a bill to give illegal aliens free grants and tuition for college which will cost the state billions of dollars. But he just took a step in the right direction by penalizing legal, hard working citizens.
