  • Isn't this just the tire clipping through the floor lol?

  • We all know that consoles save processing power in racing "sims" by giving canned effects. Canned effects means pre processed formula's that do not take into account the multitude of calculations it takes to render a realistic result.

PC gaming is superior and Live For Speed is superior to rFactor and iRacing.

  • Looks like shit haha

  • @Weelious225 That's what I was gonna say.

  • all i see is a cyclops smiling

  • @Weelious225 Actually a 360 is way to far from having the power needed for real time tire deformation, lol Microsoft fail

  • @blacksoul666guitar It's possible. You just need it to be like damage to the car. If something triggers it e.g a burnout, then the tire becomes 'damaged' and starts to degrade through a process. The only hard part about it is the rotation of the tires. If they can get past that, then it will work for sure.

  • @Turkeyboy696X That's just mesh deforming. Real time tire deformation is completely different.

  • @blacksoul666guitar Oh. Well it doesn't matter really. If you can get it to degrade while spinning is an achievement.

  • Kind of silly to show it off in a low profile tire isn't it?

  • F*CKING VEYRON

  • @Weelious225 lolz yeh... fucken stupid video.

  • This Tyre constantly deformed.

  • This tyre never deformed.....

  • Is not deforming as much as its getting inside the ground...

The Getaway (1st one) on the PS2 has better tire deformation, if you shoot a tire you could actually see it go flat and run flat on the ground for a while before it shredded.

  • look for live for speed. in that game there is tire deformation...

  • that's not tire deformation, that's the model epically failing and clipping through the ground

  • I rather palying LFS. Had deformation since 2006. More fun.......

  • There's so much more important stuff to simulate better before you start worrying about tire deformation.

  • It's clipping through the ground...

  • pause at 0:02 it lokks like a flat

  • @Weelious225 then watch the position of the rims smartegg

  • @brashkniv That's suspension, derp.

  • @brashkniv ?

  • Comment removed

  • There isnt any Tire Deformation, its just the overlap between the Map and the Tire.

  • @Birdhammer3 there is, just not visible on a tyre with such a small profile. this is a pretty retarded video if you ask me...

to actually see tyre deformation you need smaller rims.

  • @GraveUypo Actually I wouldn't blame it so much on the tire profile, but rather the camera angle.

The tire deformation is definitely there and pretty easy to spot on that car, it's just for whatever reason I decided to use that camera when I should have used one that was from an angle instead.

  • thats a veyron right?

  • @ksam96trini Yeah.

  • @obscurethought hhhhhhh.. sounds like my grandma prius

  • @ksam96trini yeah but veyrons dont sound anything liek this

  • @ksam96trini no

  • Live For Speed is a game with REAL tire deformation!

  • idiot.

  • they went so over and beyond with this game its amazing

  • @comintoatownnearu Actually they didnt...it has a pretty bad physics engine...nothing compared to LFS, iRacing, Netkar or similar real simulations...

  • @comintoatownnearu lol are you retarded? Get iRacing then tell me about over and beyond.

  • @Weelious225 watch my tyre deformation video its much better.

  • How to make a car with movement inside car.

Get sway bars and suspension, ride height high, all springs soft and Sway bars soft :3

    Best with an SUV

  • the tyre is going trough the ground. that is not tyre deformation

  • more taxies with this!!

  • @robtubity So? If they would bother putting tire deformation in Forza they might as well take into account the horribly expensive veyron tyre compound + its extremely low profile tyres, that dont even have enough rubber to deform.

And you wouldnt think that I know its Forza Motorsport 3, for example from, say reading the title?

  • @robtubity iddddddddddddddddddddddiioooooooooooooooooootttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

Dude wtf is wrong with you?

  • @quba3333 its a game...

  • @ollberto and your point is?

  • Thats a bad car for this type of test. Veyrons have 20.000$ tyres that are like space age technology so they dont REALLY deform to a point where you can notice a difference.

And when I clicked here I thought the tires will get ripped to shreds and we will see it getting eaten while you do burnouts.

  • Not tire deformation, just the tire clipping into the ground, as Weelious225 said. Still, at least it kinda looks like it :-)

  • thats a bug it happens in all games

  • people are saying that the tyre is going through the ground but they have done this on perpose to make it look like the tyre is flexing

  • i tink dats a bugatti :D

  • how do you drive like this

  • Try Live for Speed... That game REALLY has tire deformation.

  • @llinkll yeah, a bunch of gran turismo players with their "real driving simulator", dont have a clue about LFS, wich had tyre deformation from the very beginning! and is a simulator that doesnt need that stupid slogan to prove or remember something

  • @Weelious225 lol good point, but also take a look at the walls of the tires..look at the shading, pause at :12, and the play and you'll see that the area around the will move as well in relation to the actual weight of the car during turns.

  • @igotapk /watch?v=eDkMCA_wyRU&feature=related just take a look here..

  • The motion blur of the wheel doesn't look pretty good, is it?

  • @Weelious225 Exactly what I was thinking. I was trying to remember the word "clip" while reading the comments and found yours. xD

  • so which is better rfactor or forza 3

  • yeahhh .. thats not deformation.. thats just the car not being exactly calibrated to the hieght of the road

  • Sony FANBOYS: Show me this in th realistic GT5 game.... Bet you can't. Forza's un aprreciated greatness still be discovered.LOL

  • I don't know what the fuck am I supposed to look at in this video. Can't see shit here going on.

  • sad we cant feel it in side off car. (i mean nothing is shaking)

  • @zelatur Yeah, I know what you mean. It would be nice if there was some actual movement like GRID or PGR with the interior view just to make things a bit more exciting.

  • @obscurethought how do u do that? is it downloaded content? or can u do that with a burnout? tell meee

  • @obscurethought Ya itd be better

  • @obscurethought forza 4 they finally did so, they added track bump deformation, it's slight but it's enough to throw you off, if you've played 200 laps in the Zonda C on the forza 4 demo like me you'll notice it after awhile, the simulation setting is a bless aswell

  • That's not tire deformation, that's clipping. The bottom of the tire is a little below the road except when it hits a bump which causes the tire to bounce, revealing the full tire.

  • the tires are going into the ground

  • this is not a very good video of it, to the right, click the third one down. It's very evident that there are physics being implemented on the tires.

  • lol all I see is the tire clipping into the road

  • this is fake looool

  • @MojowidanAK why is this fake?

  • unless you can get a flat in the game this is not a real deformation....on any race game the tires sink a tiny bit in the ground

  • looks awesome
