where do they appear in the movie? i hate it wehn starwars does that, they release figures that are unknown or insignificant in the movies, although the reoopers look cool, theyre too many to collect tgem all. i stopped collecting troopers when they relkeased ones i hadnt seen itn the movieand Hasbro claims they came out and when the clone wars clone troopers came out cus theyre cheaply designed compared the the Episode 2 or 3 clones

Since 1995? No sir.. Kenner first produced that very vehicle in 1983. Kenner simply dusted off all of their original molds when releasing them for Power of the Force (2) in the 90's. The " T-bar" is a feature leftover from the early days, so that the original, stiff-legged figs could sit on the bike. I'm suprised that Hasbro still produces these bikes with the bar -seeing is how the modern figs all have the ability to straddle the vehicle properly. Cheers.

i dunno..im kind of on the fence with these guys. they do look cool. but they werent in empire so that makes them EU...like yu said. And also i always kinda liked keeping all the troops seperate. as each star wars film came out we were given a new trooper..stormtroops for a new hope...snowtroopers for empire and biker scouts for jedi--so accepting that biker scouts were in empire wont be an easy thing to do. ok yu just helped me make up my mind--i wont get them..thanks for yr help LOL --jamie :)

believe it or not thats the same model as the speeder bike that they released back in the 80s for the return of the jedi collection. I still have it and its the same, and when you push the button on the back it flies apart. of course the figures back then did not have knee joints so what your had to do was bend the legs and put them under that T-bar looking thing on the front of the saddle. thats what kept the figure in place.

On a long enough time line (but I hope very very soon) Hasbro could have a Scout trooper phase I model out as seen in the movie Clone Wars. Then you just switch the figures and all things would fit again I think.

Really nice review, I'm glad to hear the bikes are the same as the POTF bikes. Because, I picked up a 30th ann. biker scout from the local collectible shop for $4 and they have a POTF Leia and speeder bike for $5. I'll go back and get the Leia and bike so I can put the Scout on it. ^^
