The drummer in this video appears to be Peter Criss (face,tatoo,age,play style). The lead guitar appears to be Tommy Thayer. This means it could not be Eric Carr playing in person, because he is dead by this time ;( (RIP). They may have played a video of Carr singing Beth as he had a great voice, and did that song well. The newest drummer after Carr would be Eric Singer, he did the make-up tour by the time it came to may area, but that does not look like singer in this video. Nice Video though.

Maybe this will help clear the confusion. This track is from the DVD "Kiss Symphony: Alive IV" This was shot in 2003. In 2003, Peter Criss was a member of KISS. In 2004, Peter was out, Eric Singer was back in. So Eric Singer has been the KISS drummer from 2001-2002 then 2004 to the present. Granted, Peter Criss' arrival and departure happened quickly, but it did happen.
