  • Was there ever any follow up on this? I'd like to know if there was ever anymore evidence or if a suspect was convicted surely...

  • @musicianforlife22 Mathew was found dead in a homeless shelter about half a year ago.

  • @evilaj2010 Oh I meant about the evidence and stuff... but interesting.

  • That's fuct right up.

  • just natural!!! blk always are doing this bs

  • I'm a little lost..So he murdered his pregnant wife, blamed it on some innocent black guy and the stuff he claimed was stolen in the robbery he had actually given to his brother at an earlier date? And the cops went into Nazi Stormtrooper mode in the black community based on his bogus account of the robbery?

    What a piece of shit.

  • @Snoep76239

The Boston Police Dept. is a bigger piece of shit than Charles Stuart, and the people of Boston an even bigger piece of shit for supporting their racist Police Dept.s Constitution Violating Invasion of an entire community, storming houses and harassing innocent men, women, and children simply because a single White woman was killed and a Black person was believed to have been the culprit.

...simply put: THE RACIST BOSTON PD'S KLAN TACTICS WERE ACCEPTABLE TO IT'S RACIST CITIZENS!

  • @TheBlacsheep It's a common theme in many big city police states. I grew up in New York and still have a "Remember Michael Stewart" sticker on my guitar case from 3 decades ago.as. Not to mention Elanor Bumpers and thousands of others that never made the papers. At least in NYC it was unacceptable to enough people to raise a stink about it, but as usual Big Brother is cleared. Fuck those Nazi bastards.

  • I think this may be the hardest Rescue 911 episode I've even watched. Its so sad that the lady and her child had to suffer because the guy didn't want to be a dad or see his financial status diminish! What a total cold, unhearted, racist, pig, jerk to ever walk the planet. I feel for the mother and her baby, and all the men and women on the rescue squad.

  • oh i see he was the guy who died from the car acceint in the river.

  • who is Chuck? Im sorry I am blonde and I don't understand these videos.

  • The post below me is alllllll class.

  • Too bad the rest of the white folk in Boston couldn't "pull a Chuck" along with him!

The world would certainly be a better place without those racist ass people!

  • @TheBlacsheep A lot of people don't realize that most of the time it is never racism. Instead it is against the "black" culture. If a black person abandons the black culture and acts more like the white culture I'm sure the white culture will accept him more as their own. Its only culture that separates us. And the black culture is usually poor and minority and they are raised on welfare and all they know is a life of crime. Thats how racists are born, they associate it with color.

  • @HikaruYamamoto

Shut up with that hog wash! The police department would never in a million years do what they did in Mission Hill to a White neighborhood, rich or poor!

    And that's racist!...PERIOD!

But then again, who doesn't know about Chuck Stuart Town' legacy of racism?

  • @TheBlacsheep Don't you know the definition of race? How is it racist to be against their culture? Its not =P

  • @TheBlacsheep I swear, you really need to shut your mouth, because you are really pissing me off. NOT EVERYBODY FROM THE CITY OF BOSTON IS RACIST, GODDAMN IT! It's a STEREOTYPE! You want to hear stereotypes? All black people love hip hop. All black people love fried chicken. All black people love watermelon. Does that make you feel good, asshole? I bet not. NEITHER IS BEING CALLED A RACIST! Matter of fact, why don't YOU do the whole WORLD a favor, and PULL A CHUCK!

  • @rageman777

I couldn't care less about stereotypes, they're childish! So you can use all the stereotypes you like, it only shows your maturity!

I deal only in facts! Facts that are sometimes painful for some, but facts none the less!

I wonder if you were this pissed off when racist White Boston officers INVADED Mission Hill,

Or when Ofc Barrett referred to a Black man as a "banana eating jungle monkey, or when Crowley was arresting a Black man for breaking into his own house? Mr Nice guy.

  • @TheBlacsheep Your anger at racism is justified, but in this specific case misguided. While Stuart was still considered a "victim", he reported a black male did the crime. First fact, since you say you deal in facts: All of the officers that flooded Mission Hill were not white, nor ALL racist. Secondly, the crime reportedly occurred near B&W, where would you have the PD look? Charlestown, North End, Downtown?

Also, Ofc Barrett should have been fired immediately. I agree.

  • @covewatcher: "All of the officers that flooded Mission Hill were not white, nor ALL racist."

    ___

True, but history has proven that the small number of Black officers employed by police dept's throughout this country has served as NO deterrent to their White colleagues racial bias in dealing with Black people!

And I'd bet the house that those Black officers who went into Mission Hill on this Constitution Violating rampage had a very different motivation than their racist White cohorts!

  • @covewatcher: "the crime reportedly occurred near B&W, where would you have the PD look? Charlestown, North End, Downtown?"

    ___

It's law enforcements job to know where to look, not mine. I don't question their motive for focusing on that area (Stuart's statement) only the way they went about it, which (despite being racist as hell and violating every Black resident of Mission Hill' civil rights) received the full support of the White residents of Boston simply because the suspect was Black!

  • @TheBlacsheep However, if you can see past your anger, in the case of Officer Crowley, although it turned out to be he was dead wrong, initially had been told that a person was breaking into the professor's home. He found the professor trying to force the door, so he arrested him. You will recall that once he was identified as the home owner, the situation was correctly resolved. That is also a fact, since you deal in facts. Again, anger against racism is completely justified, but see the

  • @covewatcher

As far as Sgt. Crowley, he's the typical arrogant Boston racist! And your facts are a little skewed.

He didn't arrive to find the professor "trying to force the door". He arrived to find a Black man (Gates) answering the door, asked him to "step outside", he refused, then asked him to produce ID, to which he did (both his Harvard ID and Massachusetts driver’s license), and after being asked by Gate for HIS badge #, exited the house. Then arrested Gate once he exited behind him.

  • @TheBlacsheep I reviwed the story and you are correct, my apologies for the inaccuracies.

  • @TheBlacsheep big picture before you get so upset and speak in generalities. I applaud your dealing in facts, many people won't and just rant because of blind anger. I do not see that in what you say. Your basis is well founded. I just believe that in this case you need to try to understand the information under which the police were initially operating due to the lies of the husband. Like you say, sometimes not pleasant to deal with, but facts none the less.

  • Chuck Stuart should have gone to trial. Too bad he did not have the courage to face a judge and a jury of his peers. Suicide was the easy (and wimpy) way out for him.

  • Heh. I love how they even have footage of Chuck's body being pulled from the Mystic... though personally... I think they should have just left him to sink to the bottom, the scumabg.

  • @AutisticPsycho totally agree with you

  • Thank you for the information!! what was the verdict in William Bennett's trial in Barnstable County?

  • @Phil0267 The case against Bennett abruptly collapsed on January 3, when Charles Stuart's brother, Matthew, identified Charles as the killer. Matthew admitted that he had driven to meet Stuart that night to help him commit what he'd been told was to be an insurance fraud.

  • ...fair trial in Brookline, so the trial had to be moved 75 miles away to Barnstable County.

  • I just saw an episode of American Justice, a series on A&E, which mentioned a repeat felon by the name of William Bennett, who had been identified by 5 eyewitnesses as the man responsible for the robbery of a video store in Brookline, Massachusetts. However, around the same time, he was also identified by Charles Stewart as the man who shot him and his wife. Even though Bennett was cleared of the crime, it was still feared that, due to the Stewart case looming over him, he would not receive a...
