I have no trouble believing this. What is more noteworthy is how Olbermann is all over it like a fly to shit. I highly doubt that Keith has any interest in liberating religious people from the like's of Rove... I'm certain that he has all the contempt in the world for them. However, when it serves him it's useful to bring up this stuff only for political points. He is therefore *almost* as much of an a-hole as Rove. It's kind of a sick love affair because you need grist for the CSNBC cycle.
People assume Rove is some big genius just because he knows how to appeal to the lowest common denominator. It's not too hard to fool the people who interpret magic books as literally as possible.
The evangelical right were duped into voting for Bush...not once, but twice. Will they help elect another neoconservative like Gingrich, McCain or Guiliani? The next time we hear the Roe Vs. Wade argument will be late 2007...just in time for the election. Wake up America!!
