  • I'm french and I've bought tickets on this website. The bug is not fixed. This is a scam. Yesterday I asked for a refund but I'm pessimistic. I think I've been fucked out of a $50 :-(

  • Nice video, I was about to make one of these as evidence for this issue. I just got the exact same problem and this is close to a year later! Crazy. I'm going to call them tomorrow and get my ticket changed - what a pain though!

  • I hope I saw this video before I bought a ticket from Los Angeles to Las Vegas last night. I live in Hong Kong

  • I would not talk anymore about bug, but I would say explicitly that this is a fraud. Greyhound knows since at least several months about this. I sent them the video I did, they wrote me back, but saying they cannot do anything. I spoke to the people on their call center. And the bug is still there and the just DON'T CARE!

    This is insane.

  • @tsu451 the reply I received from greyhound web support on Sept 16, 2010:

    "Thank you for your email and interest in traveling with Greyhound Lines. We do apologize for any inconvenience. At this moment we are in the process of updating our Website, and it is taking more than expected, we have been experiencing system failures.

    Anyway, the counter agent at Pacific Central Station, Vancouver, BC, was nice enough to give me "the benefit of doubt" and changed the date free of charge. Oh well.

  • @edwinchai1 I was not so lucky. I wrote them about the problem and sent them the video I made. They told me I have to buy new tickets and then if I send them the old tickets I'll receive a refund. I called them and they told me I can change the date spending 15$. I wrote them again and told them that a procedure to change the date exist so they should do it, since it's obvious it was not my fault. They told, that yes there is a problem but they cannot do anything. I'm seriously pissed of now.
