it's not Shopping for Shanghaiese, okey? don't be a racist. no matter where u r from, you can by things as long as you have money. i'm shanghaiese, and i've never been to such place. this looks like a wholesale market, though. retailers (could be walmart or target in US...lol) buy tons of products at very low prices there...it's not designed for ordinary customers, so don't expect shining hall with background music.
