Speak English, but slightly different, in other words they each have different dialects. The slavs only should up in the balkans much later. This is a great documentary and what I'm about to type might be completly irrelavent but has anyone ever noticed that they always pick someone who doesn't fit any of the physical descriptions given about Alexander in any book writen about him to portrait him in these docs. He is described as being someone who had a stalky atheletic physique very muscular. And that his face was filled out with full lips and a magnifecent jaw. Yet here he is acted by a kid who looks nothing like the statues.
