  • way to fail guy

  • you're sending your turbo to an early graveyard by not having a blow-ff valve..

your boosted air is suposed to exit the blow-off valve because the throttle is closed and your boost has nowhere to go except where it came from..the turbo and that destroy's it

all turbo setup's are supposed to have a blow off valve ..and diverter valve for oem turbo cars

  • read the comments further down. i understand the importance of a blow off valve, sadly this car is long gone and I have a 3000GT VR-4 now. Twin turbo. using the same blow off valve that I actually had on this elantra (after this video was made)

  • is the 01-03 elantras the zero tolerance motors?

  • is it true that the motors in these cars are the same as the eclipes motor. cause i have a 2002 elantra gls and the block says 420a. and that is the same block in the 2gen eclipes

  • the block doesnt say 420a on it, its completely different

  • only the older pre '96 elantras used mitsubishi components. yours is completely hyundai material.

  • What kind of numbers do you figure you're pushing?

    What PSI you running?

  • Do you know of any other kits besides the Alpine that i can get a turbo kit from?

    Thanks

  • This sound is not good for your turbo .. its turbo surging :S put a blow off on this RIGHT NOW

  • The kit did not come with a BOV, however I have installed a GReddy Type-S since. Thanks for the warning though!

  • how much and what kit who makes it
