  • Your baby's beautiful! I'm looking forward to spending my next pregnancy (if one!) completely naturally :)

  • This video made me cry so much. I just lost my mum last year and I'd give anything to get her back. You are such a wonderful mum and I'm certain your son loves you very much as well God bless you.

  • U R truely real. The genuinly beautiful women of this world always are. Luv this song, luvin ur hair after 15hr labour & adore ur nubian style. Lets keep on keeping it naturaly tru to represent all our sisters just like us!

  • Whooo what a belly! It's beaufiful

  • pretty!!!!!!!

  • OMG. we were almost the same size when we were preggers... I was just a little bigger...:) 15 hrs is awesome. I know its hard.... 21 hrs seemed like it almost killed me. And my son sure didn't make it easier for me either. how old is he now? my son is just 7 months:)

  • The baby is sooo cute :-)

  • Beautiful baby, beautiful mommy!

  • how did you do that curly style? i love it!

  • lovve this vid! Your son is such a cutie and you are so beautiful

  • Which one of the prenatals are you taking, i Have a one 21 month old baby girl and my hair wasn't growing at all drewing that pregnancy and now i'm one month pregnant and i want to take a really good prenatal vitamin, can you tell me the name of the one you were taking. And do you also no that after giving birth your hair will fall out again because your body is going back to its normal state.

  • 1:06 ... priceless :)

  • I've been trying to see if she has a vid tutorial of this!!! Does NE one know how to do this style? What did she use to achieve this? If it the big long twisty rollers?

  • Thank you for posting this seris of videos it has been a blessing to watch. You are a very beautiful woman even through pregnancy! You should see some of my pics :( not nice. God has blessed the both of you with a very handsome boy and I pray he keeps on blessing your family.

  • great hair, beuatiful little bundle!!! I also love how you don't take yourself too serious.

LADIES, DON'T YALL BE RUNNING OUT TO GET NO PRE NATAL VITAMINS. BECAUSE THE INCREASED LEVELS OF HORMONES DURING PREGNANCY HAVE THE MOST TO DO WITH THE HAIR GROWTH AS WELL!!!!!

  • Wow really? I'll ask around the Long Hair Community when that happens, then.

  • So are you saying we should not take prenatals while pregnant?

  • hey kimoni- If your pregnant, of course these supplements are very beneficial. But, there are a lot of women who ARE NOT pregnant taking prenatal supplements, with the misconception that they will grow their hair longer and faster.

  • I am in love with your hair. I also can tell you are such a humble and blessed woman it shows in every video. I would like to know what do you do with your hair to get the curly look you have in this video? i pray that God continues to bless you and your family. Keep doing what you do you have given me some great ideas for my natural hair. (Peace & Blessings

  • Nice video! I can identify with the child labor part. I had both my kids natural- no epidural. Wouldnt have had it any other way~ :)

  • i love all ya vids im def gan subscribe

  • i guess envy is the wrong word for what I feel, but its close. I admire you greatly in both your inner and outter beauty, because they both show. YOu are an educated, beautiful black woman, wife, mother, and most importantly, child of God. His peace shines through you like sunshine! May your husband be called blessed by all who know your family and may you stay encouraged in all you do.

  • I love how you keep your hair maintained no matter how you wear it. Pressed, natural, or braided. Inspitational.

  • Just beautiful. God Bless

  • I've seemed damaged natural hair....whether you perm or natural, it all depends on how well you take care of it, there's a lot ppl with natural hair that dont realize they need a lot of moisture... granted relaxed hair has been chemically altered but newsflash: they are relaxed women with healthy hair-I am not attacking you but from your previous post it just sounds like you priding yourself on being bi-racial that's why you have long hair-BIG DEAL your hair grows an inch more a month

  • it's not a HUGE deal, just because I reply to your post doesn't mean you rattled up any emotion in me...NEWSFLASH: I am permed with very healthy APL hair, I never wore a weave my whole life (mostly cause my mother wouldn't let me) what am I mad about??? That you bi-racial & I'm not??? There you go priding yourself on being bi-racial w long hair...good for you I hope you can finance a $500k house with no problem!!! Just give em that good hair as collateral.....dick

  • LMAO I knew that perfect answer was coming girl, you good!!!So easily assuming my hair type, how long it is, what kind of hair styles I wear-sounds like you have a huge complex & a ton of stereotypes-no more discussions with your empty headed ass....anywho for the creator of this video your hair is beautiful, I will be a new subscriber!!!

  • Sorry, but being bi-racial has nothing to do with hair growth.

  • Comment removed

  • Just because this is what YOU have observed does not make it a fact. There are plenty of African American women with long natural hair. And I have seen many bi racial people with short damaged hair. I am also bi racial (german/black) and I have 3 sisters. One of my sisters has short thin hair that does not grow very fast. And please stop with this "good hair" ignorance.

  • u may notice this because their hair is somewhat easier to manage because the texture is more loose. the kinkier/tighter your curls are the more fragile your hair is.

  • Many of the African American women have long natural hair. Nothing special about my hair or yours. I also have a few bi-racial relatives with short hard to grow hair. The only "good hair" is healthy natural hair, it has nothing to do with what texture it is.

  • Ur baby is so sweet! And the song was a good choice!

  • 0:52

    Now thats just precious

  • Loved the videos, such an inspiration.

  • Cute baby. The vitamins didn't make your hair grow faster, being pregnant increases hair grow. And afterwords you normally loose alot of hair as well.

  • lol- 1;32. you sond like my man when he saw my first wig that i ever put on my hair. He told me to take that Helmet off!

  • This is a beautiful video!

  • what prenatal vitamins did u take??

  • i love this song...dwele's subject album is still hot! ur hair looks amazing. i hope i look like that pregnant(u make pregnancy look fun again). keep on producing those good hair tutorials!!!i love it

  • What song is this??

  • please dont take this the wrong way but u r beautiful

  • why would somebody take that the wrong way? :-\

  • you have great taste in music

  • your hair looks AMAZING from 1:01 to 1:10 please please tell me how you styled it that way! i would love to know its absolutley beautiful

  • cute

  • Girl was that twins or one baby? cause you was big god bless you

  • Your son is so cute!! And your hair is gorgeous!

  • u look alot like karyn Parsons

  • Dwele- Hold on

  • Your son is such a cutie and your hair is so nice.

  • Beautiful. My natural hair is not yet quite as long as yours, only been a year since the big chop. Regardless, I love your series. People can relate to you; my life is somewhere in between your videos #6 and #7 (closer to #7). I love the way you (for lack of better words) "put life together." Natural hair certainly is versatile, I wish I had never had a perm back in the day, my hair would be looong now (but it will be there soon given time). Thank you for glorifying what should be glorified.

  • Thank you for taking the time to post this comment- it's encouraging!

  • Beautiful videos! Love your styles. I finally figured out who you remind me of-- Chaka Khan, in her younger days.

  • Shalowm... Beautiful video. Blessed love

  • amazing video

  • Thank you for sharing such personal pictures with strangers to encourage natural healthy hair! I'm growing my perm out for the 2nd time! (1st time I grew it out by wearing a weave for two years, then wore it natural for only 3 weeks b/c I didn't know what to do with it! What a waste.) Any who, I'm four months into the game and I'm not turning around! lol

  • press towards the mark! Thanks for supporting!

  • That was amazing to see you grow up as a child, to highschool, college, grad, married, to having a beautiful baby. I really enjoyed the videos. I'm transitioning myself from relaxe hair to natural, unfortunately I was lied to LOL

  • i loved it! I thought it was great to watch the series and your natural hair journey.

  • HUGE!

  • wow such a beautiful video! and such a GORGEOUS baby!!

  • Thank you! Looks like Daddy! :-)

  • Did you cut your hair? If so, why?

  • no rarely do I cut... but a good trim evey now and then... I mean a GOOD trim always makes me feel renewed and more sophisticated (1-2 inches)

  • You look really beautiful in all 7 videos! God bless you! I have a question.. Do you ever wear your hair in a wet hair style? I was told if you blow dry it too much you lose some of the natural curl patterns? What are your thoughts???

  • Yes! Check out my NO HEAT Bantu Knots vid!

  • You appear very successful in your life... God bless you! I was privileged to see all 7 of your videos and they were all beautiful! I also have natural long hair. Now I have some great ideas for styling. The press and curl seemed like a great option for me (and my daughter), but I thought it was outdated and unavailable in salons. I am going to go for it, now!!! Thank you for your encouragement; your mother must be very proud of you!!!

  • Beautiful!

  • Thank for sharing your family pictures, your truly a beautiful women

  • Hey girl i want to say i've seen a few of your blogs and when i see your face i see such a glory on your face. A lovely smile with purity. God bless you . Yoncurly

  • That's so wonderful for you to say... Yes, to God be the glory! I didn't always have a smile on my face or look vibrant - He really changed me. May his face shine brightly on you!

  • thank you... I love your channel!

  • gorgeous pics and your sense of style is very nice :)

  • beautiful video :) ... and that song sounds so niiiceeee

  • Thanks! The song is by one of my favorite artists...Dwele.

  • ah ok ... i've heard of him ... soooo nice :)

  • Good clip. Great.

  • For the really curly hair, Where my hair looks like a short bob, I just made the bantu knots smaller. They create a tighter curl pattern and typically it lasts longer too.

  • Beautiful girl!

  • ok all those videos were great~

  • I have that same artist's work that you showed at the end. I have 4 of those pieces. Wow...very cool. Lovely journey!

    Thanks for sharing.

  • what kind of rollers did you use for the really curly hair?

  • For the really curly hair, Where my hair looks like a short bob, I just made the bantu knots smaller. They create a tighter curl pattern and typically it lasts longer too.
