I tried their theory and it works relatively. It took me a close time of 70-90 tries to get it. 3 days of practice. Luckily I didnt shoot the VIP. Knife toilet guy and follow the tutorial until the 2nd level. Throw a flashbang, but also crouch/prone behind the seats. Then throw a 2nd flashbang-ur last one behind the wall, not in front of or next to but BEHIND-IMPOR.Keep running while shooting the first 3-4 guys and knife/shot the last guy. When u reach the VIP room wait until head is in middle.

According to Infinity Wards website, only like 3% of 7.5 million players got this achievement. So I was determined and after like 20 times got it. Its really hard, and I also.......shot the VIP the first time...lol

after the board room make sure to tak out the guy to the right of the door quicky as he will block you when your runnin through
