I made a really cool ship and didn't mod it like 99999999 damage in a gun but a killed a target practice dummy that had 999999999 hp with 100 layers of armor!

how do i make it so if a section dies all module and weapon etc on that section dies too?

Make that section the parent of those modules and weapons, basically left click on each module /weapon then right click on the section and select "Set parent".
