@znzo You got it wrong mate. I do pencil drawings too, and what we pencil artists attempt to achieve is realism.

Its a skill (much more of a talent i should say) that is perfected over time. Designing is one thing, realism art is an absolutely different thing. Its a display of technique and talent rather than creativity. Cheers :)

I have to say, I usually draw humans and horses, but have once drawn a semi for a commision and a car similar to that and they are insanely difficult! All the details in the grill (haha, sorry, I'm car illiterate) and tires are just a terror to draw, at least for me! You do a great job!

This is a good drawing exercise...you can learn how values look in real life, vents, brakes and spokes are...the proportion of things. A lot of unconscious learning. Plus, patience and the discipline to see a project through...Mad props. Check out myspace/occartcenter if you wanna design cars.

hes not tracing, thats a basic buildup and rough outline of the drawing. every artist needs to do that to keep the picture in proportion. Im doing A levels in art at the moment,Ive been drawing for 5 years and ive used that method for ages in my drawings. i think this is awesome, :P:P
