  • dude I wish you would have turned the delay off when you were breaking down the steps... it makes it hard to follow. Otherwise nice job.

  • Thank God for this video! Our worship team will be doing this song in a few days and your tutorial was right on time! Keep praizin!

  • Nice "galloping" delay you got there... just like NIgel's! How you getting that?

  • @welldoneministry

dotted 8th delay. good delay units will have it

  • could you tab this out please

  • hey dude, like the video but I noticed you spend the majority of the song playing, and then kinda rush the explanation part of it... just to keep that in mind for future videos, I think most people would prefer less video of playing (since we already know the song pretty well) and more explanation of the tabs and whatnot since they aren't always easy to find online.

just a thought though, otherwise everything else is awesome.

  • cool man, what key is this in ?

  • @FaithfulLemmons

    key of A (original Key)

  • There said "Orgia?? o.O!

  • @Tony182Ricky

    its a georgia T-shirt

  • that sounded so good! i was wondering what pedal/effect combos you use?

  • @baerfas

i do believe im using a fulldrive 2 (non mosfet) on the FM toggle select, AND either a love pedal eternity fuse OR a ts9 dx flexi mod by keeley..one of the two......using a dd20 and a 1963 vox ac30 curcuit made by valve tech amps

  • @trguitarlesson

at least in this particular video

  • @trguitarlesson thanks for the reply. are the fulldrive and the love pedal or flexi mod just overdrive/distortion that you layer? I'm kinda new to playing electric. Would you happen to know the boss me-50 multi effects box? if you do, would you know how i could use that to get a similar sound? thanks!

  • @baerfas

i use my overdrives to stage gain....from lowest to highest, so my overdrives become more complex sounding...this is called goosing the overdrive... i do this instead of stacking it opposite as the overdrives would just gett louder.

im not familiar with that particular effects processor (boss me-50), but i checked up on youtube for demos of it, and the features seemed pretty nice.... if the overdrives are as good as their other effects, you should be able to shape something nice:)

  • You told me the octaves were harder than they really are. See you tuesday.

  • @991nfl

knew you had it in you:)
