Which kaumatua? Do you mean the kaumatuas who are Anglican or the Ratana Kaumatuas? That po (if that is the carving you are referring to) was put up in 2007 specially to restore the mana o Ngati Kuri. In 2010 with the Treaty negotiators of the 5 tribes going hard out to settle the lands claims. Po will be places in various places in the far north.
