Finding loopholes and ways around laws all deal with the grey areas of the system. That's why there is a difference between open-and-shut-cases and drawn-out cases. To find a way to bypass a law you have to be able to work within the intricate different shades of grey surrounding it and know how to apply them to your advantage.
