@ProjectCarTV From the title of the video I figured it was gonna be a semi turbo the size of a basketball, thats wierd that a machine like that has a turbo though, was it pulling something to need the torque?
@killbillet420 No not pulling, it's more of a sander - I think? They were resurfacing a long section of concrete. It was kind of like a Zambonie except you walked with it. Believe it or not, I've seen much smaller turbochargers.

@killbillet420 It was on some sort of machine used to clean pavement. This company was doing a sidewalk by my work.
