@TheChiTownBoy00 Yeah, well, you're right in this case, but he doesn't need to touch the ball with both hands in order to be called for a travel. You sometimes see him with the ball almost in like a stranglehold beneath one arm. Or remember what Dr. J used to do, carrying the ball with one hand? That could be a travel, too, if he walked too many steps doing that.

@RansomRobin You might be right. That's quite a tricky question, as palming should be punished immediately, while walking two steps is totally fine. So touching the ball with two hands would actually give you an advantage apart from the obvious gain in control.

@AyeeJayyy Well if u playe high school basketball it will be called a travel. But in the nba theres a different rule.the steps he took before he put both hands counted as dribble steps. After both hands were on the ball he took the casual 2 steps so it would not be callled a travel in the nba's ref point of view.
