Present them. As it relates the jailer etc. you can't assume that because it was not mentioned explicitly in this instance that it was not done. Likewise many miracles are not recorded. Right? In Acts 10:45 notice when Peter commanded for them to be water baptized He did not say "for remission of your sins and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost" They were filled then water baptized, they were saved prior to water baptism!. read Acts 10:43 Believing in Jesus Christ remitts sins! not water baptism!

I believe that if one has been saved...then their will be fruits to know this. being water baptized again is for a witness, sign of the salvation that has ALREADY OCCURRED. so yes if one is fully saved they will perform this ritual. i know some churches that call for people to be baptized to be saved yet many will be lost because they did not fully believed in their hearts. but did so out of fear.

HIS Baptism,the Baptism of the Holy Spirit! Not John's which was water! They were baptised by the Holy Spirit (they were Jews who had practiced water baptism as their ritual cleansing from sin!) this was an inward baptism of the Jews of the Holy Spirit
