the buildings they have no purpose not a single hospital or police station in site or any real infrastructure. Just a few administrative buildings, a bunch of housing complexes that nobody can afford and some mosques and churches nothing there it is lifeless and pointless the architecture is disgusting just because you have not seen anything bigger than the 4 storie soviet house in your village. Not impressive you should see the rest of Asia, Canada the U.S and Europe this is really nothing .
