A great snappy tune by a wonderful band out of the 20's- just before it all came crashing down. Doesn't look like there'll be many happy memories of just before-or after- the latest crash.
The two beach girls would have been the envy of their peers, being in possession of the latest technology -which they apparently carried around with them. Must have been great fun.
Orchestration is by Joe Haymes who later had his own band from 1932 to 1935 then stolen by Tommy Dorsey after he split from Jimmy in their feud in 1935.
Qué bonitas canciones! ¡Qué orquesta! Deliciosa ............... César

Should note that the great arrangement is by the remarkable Joe Haymes, who later had a fine band of his own!

I have the impression that vacation on the Côte d'Azur referred to in your previous video was great fun. What a day.

What a merry melody! I really like the photo of the couple by the tent, that is my idea of a great afternoon. I cannot wait for the summer!!!!!!

What a day indeed! From the sunny Barbary Coast to snowbound Washington in less than 24 hours.
This perky tune brings back the joys of youthful frolic, if only for three minutes. Cheers!
