#2 Let me see if I got this right--women & this Dr. Baker don't want a default situation of 50/50 shared custody because it might not apply (BE FAIR) in every situation but it's OKAY (NOT FAIR, SEXIST & ARBITRARY) to give women default custody 95% in divorce. Even after the US Suprem Court ruled in 1989 that the doctrine of tender years was uncontitutional and bias against men. Women still get custody for no OTHER REASON THAN THEY SIT DOWN TO PEE. Sounds completely fair to me (LOL).

Every case of false abuse allegations against fathers (the targets of most false abuse allegations) is automatically accompanied by parental alienation child abuse likewise BY mothers. How many fathers make false abuse allegations to win custody, or even win custody using false allegations like women do in droves as a matter of regular divorced process for most moms.

While I know this type of thing happens alot, this gentleman needs to table his bias against women in this issue. I personally know of cases some with the father being the alienator and others with the mother being the alienator. I think it is not gender related, but that a personality disorder is at the core of the real hard cases.

Lady, women get custody 95% of the time. It is standard practice for divorce lawyers to advice women to attack their husbands with domestic and child abuse accusations. You know why? Because men are guilty until proven innocent without a shadow of a doubt and because this slander gets women and their lawyers results. Parental alienation is not 50-50 and never will be unless it would work just as well for both genders, which in this plant it will not!

Parental alienation with my kids only started with my kids when their mother kidnapped the children secretly from me and used the court to gain her plan for custody. The courts need to recognize this problem and the laws need to be changed to recognize this to protect both parents rights with their children. No court was involved to decide whether you could be a parent until a divorce was created.

In light of the prevailing social, cultural and legal climate, American men would do well to forgo marriage and having children which is in many cases tantamount to throwing themselves under a bus. Millions of American men are left emotionally and financially drained and the constant dragging to court for more money to be squeezed out of them and the stress of losing their kids drives many men to suicide!

Fathers don't want 50/50 custody because they think it will reduce PAS, as the one guest said in the video. Fathers want 50/50 custody because they love their children and want to be be with them. Equal custody is any parent's right. Gender should have nothing to do with it. Also, a child has a natural born right to equal access to both parents and no court should be able to take that away.
