"Swan Song" Led Zeppelin -- OUTTAKE

I've seen comments, that this song contains pieces of some songs of led zeppelin. I remember Jimmy Page mentioning in "it might get loud" that he had a demo, called swan song, and at the end there was the seed for Kashmir :p So this is a glorious piece that never saw the daylight anyway

@karlmoles65 ...this was finely recorded as a song called Midnight Moonlight that Jimmy recorded with Paul Rogers and was released on the 1st The Firm record. Jimmy had been adapting this song for many years, but he finally got to record and release it with The Firm. I know Jimmy had been working on this song since Physical Graffiti era, but never managed to get any thing down. It would have been so much better as a LZ song.

Every once in a while I come back to listening to this. I love Zep, adore Bonham (I could just listen to his hi-hat playing and be happy) and I love that this is obviously a try-out of various ideas. I bought a drumkit because of this man!
