Yes, you could download it.

One of the way:- Use 'Orbit' which can be downloaded freely, then use VLC to view it. VCL can also be downloaded for free.

I was once under stress with fear,worry and anger.I was accused in personal injury case.It took almost 5 years to get to the trial.I looked at the lawyers and the accuser as my worst enemies,I hated them !

I went to retreat for Vipasana and Metta meditation.Finally when I faced them at trial,my mental attitude have changed ! I look at them as my friends who were suffering from greed.I could smile at them,I was so unbelievably calm.The jury sent me home after 30 min.of delib. Meditation works !!
