Dubbing movies should be forbidden under the penalty of death. There's nothing worse than watching stuff like Bart Simpson bitching in German and stuff. Or this. Nausiating.

Well, at least a few whips on the back. The thing is that pretty much everyone speaks English, and when you dub a film made in English, you deprive many people from it. I'm from Croatia where movies are NEVER dubbed, only subtitled. Imagine watching, say, Full metal jacket or something in Croatian. This is what I meant with the death penalty.
