paypal is the worst experience i ever had!!! i;ve lost $130 thats 2 years ago!!!

there priority is the buyer, not the seller... even buyer is a scam, sent item works perfectly, and after 16 days paypal took the money from my acount and hold it till i recve back the item,so when the item arrived, i open the box and check the item it is burned, all burned!!!! try to complain to paypal and expalain what happened, they just ignore me
