He's amazing. I love not only how practical his advice is but how simple and straight-forward it is. I felt his examples were amazingly strong and precise as he spoke about a lesson in humility of a father who won a medal of valour during WWII and never once mentioned it or the decision to be either a Tigger or a an Eeyore incredibly crucial in how you live your life and the importance of the third step of an apology that most people skip.
